Information from sign-in providers

If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive account data from those providers.

• Google: basic identity information (such as name, email, and profile image) used for authentication and account management.
• GitHub: basic identity information (such as username, email, and profile image) used for authentication and account management.

We do not request sensitive Google scopes like Gmail or Drive access.

Information collected automatically

• Log and device information, such as IP address, browser/user-agent, request metadata, and timestamps.
• Cookies and local storage used for authentication, core functionality, preferences, and consent state.
• Analytics data (for example, page path/query) when analytics are enabled.

Cookies and Analytics

We use:

• Strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, and core functionality.
• Optional analytics cookies for product performance and usage measurement.

For regions where consent is required, we do not enable optional analytics until you opt in. In other regions, analytics may be enabled by default, and you can change your preference using "Privacy choices."

We currently do not use targeted ads and do not run ad retargeting pixels.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because this is an early-stage service, some retention/deletion steps are currently manual. We continue improving automation over time.

Your Rights and Choices

• Control analytics preferences through "Privacy choices."
• Request account/data deletion by emailing privacy@magicloops.dev

For deletion requests at launch:

• We process requests manually.
• We aim to remove requested data from active systems within 30 days after verification.
• Backups may retain data for a limited period before rolling deletion (typically up to 35 days).
• We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ.
